These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Coin Larp website and app (the “Service”), operated by Coin Larp. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Product description

Coin Larp is a crypto portfolio simulator for entertainment purposes. It lets you create a fictional wallet with made-up meme coins, editable balances, and simulated gains. It is not a real exchange, wallet, brokerage, or financial product.

2. Not financial advice

All information and simulated values in Coin Larp are for general entertainment only. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Coin Larp is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency. Any decisions you make about real assets are your own responsibility.

3. Payments and Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns. For payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics, please refer to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

The Coin Larp lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase of USD $2.99. Prices are quoted in US dollars and Paddle will handle applicable taxes based on your location.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Using the Service to send spam, fraud, or malicious content.
• Infringing the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or circumvention of technical limits.

5. Intellectual property

Coin Larp owns all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, documentation, branding, and content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal entertainment.

6. Service level

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features without notice.

7. Accounts and credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coin Larp’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, except where required by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Coin Larp operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
